Wafer Reclaim Services buys rival

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Wafer Reclaim Services LLC (WRS) has acquired Montco Silicon Technologies Inc. (Spring-City, Penn.), a silicon wafer reclamation service.
San Jose-based WRS is engaged in the business of sorting, stripping, polishing, and cleaning used wafers for semiconductor and solar manufacturers.
Separately, Bridge Finance Group announced the completion of a $5.0 million revolving line of credit and a $2.0 million term loan to WRS.
